The PGA of Australia is proud to release its detailed four-year strategy that outlines the PGA’s purpose, priorities and ambitions to ensure the success of our Members and provide the opportunities for everyone to benefit from golf.
The 2019 – 2022 PGA Strategic Plan focuses on four Strategic Priorities – Our Members, Fans, Industry and Partnerships and The PGA Organisation.

INDUSTRY AND PARTNERSHIPS
As a leader within the global golf industry, the PGA has an obligation to develop the industry and facilitate valuable and strategic partnerships that contributes to the overall growth of the game.
THE PGA ORGANISATION
The PGA must focus on the effective administration of the organisation by building on the sustainability of the Association through governance, our people and sound financial management.
The Strategic Plan also outlines new and contemporary Vision, Values, Purpose and Personality for the Association, reflecting the important position the PGA will play in the success of the Australian golf industry.
PGA of Australia CEO Gavin Kirkman said The Strategic Plan is designed to ensure our Members are recognised and improved relevancy in the industry.
“The Strategic Plan will future-proof the PGA and advance the Association into a new era,” Mr Kirkman said.
“We need to get ahead of the curve and lead the industry. This Plan challenges our staff and members to be bold, daring and courageous so all our stakeholders benefit from golf.”
