On International Women’s Day, we highlight three of the outstanding female PGA Professionals who each work tirelessly to help both Touring Professionals and amateur golfers improve their game.

Dennise Hutton
A successful international Touring Professional and now a highly regarded coach, Hutton was the first female to be named the NSW/ACT PGA Teaching Professional of the Year in 2012.
She coached the Australian Women’s World Cup, Asia Pacific and Australian Youth Olympic teams as well both the NSW Womens and Junior girls teams.
The two-time Australian LPGA champion was also the first ever woman to be named in the Top-50 Coaches in Australia by Golf Magazine and also made the 50 Great Coaches in Australia list by Australian Golf Digest in 2017.

Janelle Smith
Jannelle Smith works as the Head Professional alongside her husband Ryan Smith at Charlestown Golf Club, they were jointly awarded the title of National PGA Professionals of the Year in 2016.
A Professional since 2003, Janelle completed for PGA Traineeship at Morisset Country Club and specialises in coaching ladies.
Both Ryan and Janelle are big supporters of the MyGolf program, running a successful junior program at Charlestown GC.

Anne-Marie Knight
Following in the footsteps of fellow Pro Dennise Hutton, Anne Marie-Knight became the second female PGA Professional to be recognised as the most outstanding in her state taking out the South Australian Teaching Professional of the Year in 2016.
Based out of Adelaide Shores Driving Range Knight has been guided in recent years by PGA Life Member and South Australian golfing icon Peter Ormsby.
Knight has made incredible strides working with several charities and groups which aim to assist the disabled and disadvantaged including the younger onset dementia group and the handicap for kids group.
She was also named one of the 50 Great Golf Coaches by Australian Golf Digest and sits on the South Australian PGA Committee.
