Sitting in 65th place on the Order of Merit Kurt Barnes will be
looking to replicate most of his 2013 performance at this week’s Toshin
Golf Tournament on the Japan Golf Tour.

"KurtBarnes opened the event with back to back rounds of 66 last year and
headed to the final round in a share of 3rd place after a Saturday 70
only to drop down the leaderboard on Sunday with an even par round and
eventually finish T12.

The big hitting New South Welshman will be looking to go one better
this week in what has been an indifferent year on the Japan Tour which
has seen him post just one top-10 finish in 13 starts.

Barnes is one of five Australasians teeing up this week ahead of a
swing of big events to finish the Japan Tour, starting with next week’s
Japan Open.

Barnes is joined in the field this week by Brendan Jones, Scott Strange, David Smail and Steve Conran.
