Former standout amateur Todd Sinnnott will get his first taste of the Professional game outside Australia when he tees up at this week’s Joburg Open on the European Tour.
Sinnott, the big hitting Victorian who made his Professional debut at the Oates Victorian Open earlier this month, is one of only two Australians in the field.
He joins Q-School graduate Jason Scrivener at the Royal Johannesburg and Kensington GC for the 10th event of the European season.
Sinnott made an impressive start to his Professional career at 13th beach with a top-20 finish and will be looking to continue that form in his first international event.
Scrivener tees up for just his third event since earning his card last year but the second time in South Africa where he was born.
The West Australian, who finished mid field at last week’s Indian Open, made his European Tour debut at the South African Open last month where he finished T11.
