Professionals from all over Australia are heading to Eynesbury Homestead and Golf for the 2016 Eynesbury Masters.
The Eynesbury Masters will be played at the picturesque Eynesbury Golf Course on Thursday, 25th February as part of the Choice Hotels PGA Pro-Am Series.
With a $30,000 prize purse on offer, the Eynesbury Masters is one the premier pro-am golf events in the country and attracting some of Australia’s best up and coming Professionals.
The one-day event will be played in the form of a pro-am, giving local and visiting amateurs the opportunity to tee it up with a Pro and play for $5,000 in prizes that are up for grabs.
As an added bonus, a Mitsubishi Lancer and carpet to furnish an entire house will be up for grabs for any player who can score a hole-in-one thanks to Werribee Mitsubsihi and The Mobile Carpet Company.
SEN drive show host and avid golfer, David Shwartz, has jumped at the opportunity to get behind the event and will also tee it up on the day.
This year’s event sees a large increase in prize money, making it the biggest purse on the Choice Hotels PGA Pro-Am Series Southern Swing, and a credit to the club along with its major partners, The Media Mob, Intrend Homes, Pickles Auction Group and Coca-Cola Amatil .
"Eynesbury have done a fantastic job growing the event since its inception last year, the field will be one of the strongest seen in Victoria for a long time," said Cameron Davies, Southern Division Tournament Coordinator for the PGA of Australia.
Professionals already confirmed in the field include recent Victorian PGA Championship runner up David McKenzie and Asian Tour star Marcus Both.
