Ryan Fox will look to keep a perfect streak alive when he tees up at this week’s Aegean Airlines Challenge in Germany.
The two-time PGA Tour of Australasia winner is playing his third consecutive Challenge Tour event thanks to some hot form in his first two appearances where he finished T5 and T10.
Players finishing in the top-10 of any tournament on the secondary schedule are automatically exempt to the following week’s event and Fox is looking to make it three on the trot this week.
The in form New Zealander is joined in the field this week by Terry Pilkadaris and Scott Arnold who are both playing some decent golf, all three putting in decent performances at last week’s event in Scotland.
Pilkadaris has been in good form since a fourth place finish in France two weeks ago and while a third round 73 was costly last week another good result this week seems likely.
The West Australian sits 29th on the Order of Merit but if he can push into the top-15 by season’s end a European Tour card beckons.
While further down the money list Scott Arnold has fired some impressive scores in 2015 though hasn’t yet put four good rounds together.
He closed with a 67 in Scotland and could be primed for a good performance this week.
