Peter Fowler continued an excellent record at the U.S. Senior Open with his fifth made cut in six appearances at Salem Country Club in Massachusetts.
The lone Australian in the field, Fowler played his usual steady style of golf to post rounds of 71-70-69-70, an even par total for the 72 holes and good for a share of 29th position.
Fowler made eight birdies and offset them with eight bogeys over the course of the week as American Kenny Perry ran away with the tournament at 16-under-par.
