Professionals were greeted to perfect spring conditions for the Casino Pro-Am yesterday, which saw Tim Hart, Christopher Wood and Brett Rankin share victory.

After his joint victory at Lismore on Sunday, Hart powered on with his hot run of form which was quickly followed by Wood and former winner Rankin, each ending the day on 4-under 66.

"My game has been coming along nicely over the past few weeks, and to win here again at Casino shows the hard work is paying off," said Rankin.

"Casino is definitely a course I enjoy playing, and one that requires players to hit decent golf shots. I executed my game plan perfectly today and hopefully I can take this good form into the PGA Tour of Australasia events over coming weeks."

Professionals will now enjoy a couple of days off before the Murwillumbah Pro-Am tees off on Thursday.
