The third round of the South Pacific Classic had a new venue with the Ladbrokes Legends Tour players teeing it up on the Tina Golf Club.

With a new course came a new challenge with players needing to adapt to the fast undulating greens of Tina Golf Club after playing the previous two days on hard bouncing greens at Sheraton Deva Resort.

The receptive greens made approach shots easier but the speed and slope of the front-9 was the real test.

It was a mixed day on the course for Peter Senior who got off to a slow start and was 3-over the card through the turn.

However it was a different story on the back-9, finding four birdies Senior finished the round on 1-under the card to be on the same number after three rounds in the tournament.

Senior now holds a three shot lead from Tim Elliott who had an even par third round.

New Caledonian Jean-Louis Guepy put on a show for the locals firing the best round of the day. His 4-under 68 consisted of five birdies and a bogey.
