Jack Wilson makes his first Challenge Tour start for the year when he joins impressive rookie Geoff Drakeford at the KPMG Trophy in Belgium this week.
Wilson, who played a handful of events on
the secondary circuit in 2014, has played two events on the PGA TOUR Canada
this year but makes the move back to Europe as there is a break in the North American
schedule.
While his results last year were less than
he wanted, Wilson described the season as a great learning experience and he
will be keen to put those lessons to good use the rest of the year.
While Wilson looks to get back to his best
form Geoff Drakeford will be trying to maintain momentum after a solid debut at
last week’s Swiss Challenge.
Drakeford finished T24 in his first
Challenge Tour event and if he can maintain or improve on that form this week
will gain plenty of confidence for the rest of the season.
