This week you will see a clear strategy in my selections, somewhat of a track bias for a few of these WA locals.

Brett Rumford

""

One of the best guys you will meet on Tour. Spends hours helping any player that asks and what a great coup for the event that he has come back from Europe to play. The Royal Perth honour boards are covered in gold writing with B. Rumford and he may just claim another victory here on Sunday.

Curtis Luck

""

The defending champ is coming off his first year as a Pro and now has experience playing some very big events. This young man knows his golf game very well and will be determined to defend his title. He was seen in deep discussion with Rummy yesterday and a WA shootout on Sunday would thrill the crowd.

Jarryd Felton

""

Another young player from the West who has made an impressive start to his Pro career. There has been a lot of hype about his girlfriend Hannah Green in the field this week but TI thinks Jarryd may just show the field who the boss is.

Stephen Leaney

""

Also grew up in these parts and has played the course many times. He has worked hard on his game and fitness the last couple of years and is looking forward to joining the senior ranksin a couple of years. Despite some doubters, TI is one that believes Leaney will win on Tour before joining the "fat bellies"!

James Marchesani

""

The only non-sandgroper on TI’s list this week but the fact that he does travel with Jarryd Felton a lot and played the pro-am today with West Coast Eagle Brad Sheppard, Mitchell Johnson and the Queen of Perth Gemma Felton, I will make him an honorary sandgroper for the week. Form has been good in the last few events and a big strong lad who will likely thrill the galleries at times this week.

Remember – one in a row, I’m on a roll!
