Peter Seniorand Peter Fowler will fly the Australian flag at the third Champions Tour Majorof 2016 at this week’s Constellation Senior Players Championship inPennsylvania.

The SeniorPlayers Championship will be played at the historic Philadelphia Cricket Club.

Fowler, whoalso played the event in 2014 after earning exemption via a mini money listthat year, makes his second major start of the year after finishing T39 at theSenior PGA Championship a fortnight ago.

TheEuropean Senior star jetted back to the UK in the interim where he finished 10^that the Wales Senior Open and brings good form to Philadelphia.

MeanwhilePeter Senior will be looking to improve on what has been an indifferent seasonto date. While the reigning Australian Masters champion hasn’t played poorly hehas been far from his best with a string of mid field finishes to date.

2016 marksthe first year the tournament has been played at the Philadelphia Cricket Cluband Senior will be hoping a fresh venue will spark his play. He finishedthird in this tournament in 2011, though at a different venue, and an over-50’sMajor would be icing on the cake of a prolific career.Craig Parry, who is plying his first season on theChampions Tour, is on the alternate’s list this week.
