Victorian Ryan Lynch has started his 2019 Ladbrokes Pro-Am Series campaign on a high after winning the Neangar Park Pro-Am by Evolution Copy Print Solutions.
Despite temperatures in the high 30s, little to no wind helped Lynch record the victory with a 7-under 63 which included seven birdies and an eagle.
“It was pretty warm out there today, but I played really well,” said Lynch.
“It was great to get a little form back leading into the big month of events coming up.”
On fantastic course conditions four players tied for second place with Adam Burdett, Andrew Kelly, Rory Bourke and Ben Murphy finishing on 6-under 64.
Lucas Herbert continued his run of strong results, tying for sixth place at 5-under 65 in a hotly contested field.
The Ladbrokes Pro-Am Series now heads south for the Bendigo Bank Dingley Village Keysborough Golf Club Pro-Am on 17 January.
