A biography that celebrates one of Australia’s golfing greats, Jack Harris, was launched today at Huntingdale Golf Club.

In a fitting tribute to Jack, the launch took place at the Mercedes – Benz Truck& Bus Victorian PGA Championship – a title Jack won a record six times and where competitors this week are vying for the Jack Harris Cup.

Jack Harris, Australian Golfer Extraordinaire, was written by David Lunt in association with Jack prior to his passing in 2014. The book covers Jack’s 75 year teaching career and his lesser known, but nevertheless amazing,Tournament record.

Lunt learned of Jack’s feats over a ten year period during their friendship at Wattle Park Golf Club and thanked Jack for making the book possible.
