Peter Senior returns from a two week break for this week’s Pacific Links Hawaii Championship hoping to recapture the form which has made him one of Australia’s most consistent over-50′s performers of recent years.

With just two top-10′s in 16 starts this year is has been a difficult time for Senior who has surpassed $1 million in earnings in all but one of his previous four years on the Champions Tour.

But the 54-year-old is known as one of Australia’s grittiest competitors and will be relishing the challenge of finding form again in time to ensure he keeps his playing privileges for 2015.

Senior is 40th on the Charles Schwab Cup points list at the moment with only the top-30 guaranteed of a card next year but having finished 3rd in this tournament in 2012 he will come into the week with some confidence.

Just four full field events remain on the Champions Tour schedule for 2014.
