Coleman, Moses share pro-am honours

"TroySetting the standard early in the day, Coleman was the best of the morning field in blustery conditions.

“I have just returned from Tasmania and it was my first look at the course,” said Coleman.

“I managed to get the best of the conditions in the morning and I’m glad I held on for the win. The course was fantastic and extremely underrated,” he added, also impressed by the course’s new clubhouse opened in October.

One of the last cards to be entered in the event, New South Welshman Troy Moses impressed on firm, fast greens to equal the lead alongside Coleman.

“I missed out on the NZ Open this week so decided to try my luck down here,” said Moses.

“The course was in great shape and I’m glad I made the trip.

“Thanks to Sam from Dallas Builders for sponsoring.”

Andrew Kelly’s strong form continued in his return to Victoria, finishing his round tied for third place at 4-under 68 alongside an in-form Ryan Lynch.

""This marks Choi’s second win in the 2018 Ladbrokes Pro-Am Series, but is yet to stand atop the dais on his own, his win in the Dingley Village Bendigo Bank Keysborough Pro-Am shared with Ben Ford.

A birdie on Choi’s final hole saw him hold the outright lead momentarily before he was joined by Lowrie who also recorded a birdie on his last.

The win is a welcome one for Lowrie who hasn’t won on the Ladbrokes Pro-Am Series in nearly two years.

Jack Wilson finished outright third at 2-under the card with Ryan Lynch and Tom Power Horan rounding out the top-5 both at 1-under the card.
