Tim Hart has continued his strong form at the Griffith Golf Club Pro-Am, sharing a one shot victory with Western Australia’s Brady Watt.

Rounds of 5-under 66 took the pair to the top of the leaderboard following consistent play, an element that Hart is pleased to see return to his game following a stint on the sidelines due to injury.

“I struggled with some injuries last year so to be injury free is great,” said Hart.

“It’s great to be back playing some of my best golf again”.

Players were greeted with a heavy golf course under foot and a tricky wind, making scoring difficult.

Despite just three players shooting a score under par in the morning field, testing conditions eased as the day went on and scoring improved for afternoon players.

Mr consistent Matthew Millar completed the tournament in third place at 4-under 67, ahead of James Nitties in outright fourth place at 3-under the card.

Matthew Stieger, Bradley Doherty and Robert Hogan rounded out the top five with rounds of 2-under 69.
