The final stage of PGA Tour of Australasia Qualifying School presented by Cobra Puma Golf gets underway this week on the Melbourne Sandbelt.

"ScottBeing played over four rounds at The Victoria Golf Club, 75 players are teeing it up for just 50 cards on to the PGA Tour of Australasia in 2015.

Some of the notable players in the field include:

Scott Arnold: After two years competing overseas on the European Tour and European Challenge Tour, Arnold has returned to Australia and is looking to gain status on his home Tour. One to watch this week, Scott is already a former champion on the PGA Tour of Australasia having won the Vic Open in 2012. Showing positive signs at the end of 2014 Arnold finished runner-up at the Nanshan NSW PGA Championship.

Ben Campbell: Touted as a rising star of New Zealand golf Campbell has been a professional since 2012 but is looking to earn status on the PGA Tour of Australasia for the first time. Not a stranger to the Tour he has competed in a number of tournaments since turning Professional with his best finish being outright 4th at the WA Goldfields PGA Championship last year.

James Marchesani: Returning home after attending College in the US this young Victorian made quite a name for himself over the 2014 summer of golf. Making his Professional debut at the BetEasy Masters after Monday qualifying, he went onto pre-qualify for the Emirates Australian Open and Australian PGA Championship.

David Lutterus: A familiar name on the international golf scene, Lutterus has competed on the PGA TOUR and Web.com Tour. More recently he has competed on the PGA TOUR China where he recorded four top-15 finishes.  Lutterus hasn’t competed on the PGA Tour of Australasia since 2009 despite earning his Tour card via Qualifying School in 2013.

Jack Wilson: Wilson burst onto the PGA Tour of Australasia in 2013 when he became the first PGA Trainee to win on Tour. Claiming the WA Goldfields PGA Championship was the catalyst to an exciting season for Wilson who placed third at the Australian PGA Championship behind Adam Scott and Rickie Fowler. Finishing 5th on the Order of Merit Wilson took advantage of many opportunities this afforded him including attending Qualifying Schools for the European Tour and Web.com Tour. Spending so much of his season overseas Wilson unfortunately failed to earn enough money to retain his PGA Tour of Australasia card for 2015 and finds himself back at Q-School.

The incentive to perform well is even higher this year with Cobra Puma Golf also introducing their Cobra Puma Golf Next Gen Squad.

In addition to their Tour card, three of the top performing players this week will earn an equipment and monetary contract from Cobra Puma Golf.

They will join players the likes of Rickie Fowler, Jonas Blixt and Lexi Thompson as Cobra Puma Golf ambassadors.
