The Korean was a four shot victor in the event after staggering rounds of 64-63-66-67 to finish 28-under-par for the four rounds.
In a low scoring affair Jones’ 12-under effort left him in a share of 31st with Kurt Barnes just a shot further back and T38.
There were five Australasians in this week’s field, David Smail the only other to make the cut finishing 9-under for the week and T46.
Scott Strange and Steve Conran both missed the cut.
