Allan May has won the 2019 Scottish-Pacific Springwood Charity Legends Pro-Am at his home track after firing a round of 2-under 67.
Five birdies and three bogeys saw May take a one-shot win over Michael Harwood who completed the Ladbrokes Legends Tour event at 1-under the card.
The pair were the only players to complete the Springwood Country Club layout under par. Grant Fyander posted a score of 1-over 70 for third place.
May took out the extra accolade of Super Senior at the Pro-Am which is awarded to players over 65 years of age.
At presentations Allan’s life membership of Springwood Country Club was also announced in a fitting tribute to a dedicated member of the club.
May thanked the club for a fantastic event.
“The club has done a terrific job in putting on today’s event,” May said.
“The course was in pristine condition and I’m sure all of the other legends enjoyed it as much as I did.”
