An invigorated Robert Allenby is ready to unleash his best
form this week at Natadola Bay Championship Golf Course.
Allenby is hoping to make headlines for all the right reasons this week.
The 45-year-old is feeling better than ever and is ready convert his strong playing form into tangible results at the Fiji International.
"My form coming in is not good on paper. I’ve actually been playing well but not scoring well so that’s been a little bit disappointing but that was a good six weeks ago. Between then and now a lot has changed and I’ve been working really hard to get back to the old Robert Allenby," he said.
"I’ve done a lot of work on the course and I’ve done a lot of work off the course – both physical and mental. It’s there and now it’s just a matter of putting all the pieces of the puzzle together and doing it in a tournament.
"I’m only 45 and I have so much great golf left in me. I’m fit enough and strong enough to be able to play this golf for at least another 15 years."
