Three professionals have shared the win in the Ford & Dougherty Property Grafton District Golf Club Pro-Am.

Cory Crawford, James Nitties and Dale Williamson have all fired rounds of 6-under par 66 at the Grafton District Golf Club in perfect scoring conditions.

Crawford got off to a flying start to his round finding himself 5-under par through his first 6 holes in a round which included seven birdies and just the one bogey on the 16^th Hole.

“I hit the really well today especially as it was my first time seeing the course, I felt I didn’t make as many putts as I could have but still really pleased with my round," said Crawford.

Nitties round included nine birdies and three bogeys coming at the 3^rd, 6^th and 11^th holes.

"I was so impressed with the layout of this course it’s a very good test of golf for a country golf course and the greens were perfect out there, a credit to all involved," said Nitties

Williamson managed to remain bogey-free for the day, the highlight of his round an eagle at the par 5, 11^th hole, where he hit a wedge from 100 metres in for his second shot.

The next best placed professional was Leigh McKechnie fishing with a round of 5-under par 67 for outright second position.
