Dimitrios Papadatos was joined by new young gun Cameron John to share the honors at the Yowani Pro-Am.
The pair fired rounds of 5-under 67 to be tied at the top of the leaderboard at the end of the day, with it becoming John’s first victory on the Ladbrokes Pro-Am Series.
“I’ve been close this year but I’m glad to finally get my first win on the board,” said John.
“I made a bogey at the last which was a bit disappointing but I’ve got to give it to Dimi; conditions where tough out there this afternoon.”
Finishing tied third on 3-under 69 were Simon Hawkes and recent Queanbeyen Pro-Am winner Martin Dive.
Rounding out the top-5 were Hayden Webb, Marco Zirov, Dale Brandt-Richards and Jordan Zunic with 1-under 71.
The Ladbrokes Pro-Am Series heads to the Singapore Airlines Pro-Am at Federal Golf Club on Friday.
