Steven Bowditch holds a share of the lead after the second round of the AT&T Byron Nelson at TPC Four Seasons.
Bowditch opened his round with four uneasy bogies in the first six holes, but the Queenslander picked up the pace quickly firing seven birdies, three back-to-back, to end round two on 1-under 68 to take a share of the lead alongside Americans Jon Curran and Jimmy Walker. Fellow Australian Cameron Percy finished round two at 8-under 64 to be tied fourth and one shot off the lead heading into the third round.
On the Japan Golf Tour, Scott Strange is tied for the lead with Japan’s Taichi Teshima after round three of the Gate Way To The Open Mizuno Open at the JFE Setonaikai Golf Club in Okayama. Strange fired 4-under 68 to be 12-under by the end of round three, while Brendan Jones is tied sixth and four shots off the lead.
David McKenzie had a superb day at the Lanhai Open in Shanghai firing 2-under 66 to be outright third and two shots off the lead going into tomorrow’s final round.
