Terry Pilkadaris and Daniel Gaunt get a rare opportunity to step up from the Challenge Tour to the main circuit this week as several of the European Tour’s top players take the week off after last week’s PGA Championship.

"TerryThe pair join Jason Scrivener and Richard
Green in the field for the Made in Denmark Challenge to be played at the
Himmerland Golf and Spa Resort in Farso.

This tournament has graduated from last
year’s Challenge Tour schedule and features Denmark’s most successful golfer,
Thomas Bjorn, as its major drawcard.

The start represents a great opportunity
for Gaunt, Scrivener and Pilkadaris and if any can catch lightning in a bottle a
win this week will automatically earn two years full membership to the European
Tour.

Pilkadaris has been in decent form in
recent weeks with back-to-back made cuts on the Challenge Tour and four of his
last eight rounds in the 60’s.

Things haven’t been as positive for Gaunt
who has missed his last two cuts but he made the weekend here last year when
this tournament was part of the Challenge Tour.

Scrivener has also had his struggles this
year, the Q-School graduate not getting as many starts as he would have liked
and unable to post any top-10’s.

Playing his first season in Europe the
talented West Australian will be looking for a big finish to the year in the
hopes of keeping his card for 2016.

Green hasn’t played a tournament since a
T10 at the European Masters last month and fresh off a break might be the one
to watch among the Australians.
