This is his sixth appearance in Las Vegas since he joined the PGA TOUR back in 2002. His best result being a T16 in 2005.

This marks Pampling’s seventh 18-hole lead/co-lead on the PGA TOUR.
The two-time TOUR winner is making his third start of the 2016/2017 season after he also competed at the Safeway Open where he missed the cut and the Sanderson Farms Championship, finishing T42.
Pampling’s 11-under 60 has equalled the best ever round recorded at the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open since the event became a 72-hole tournament in 2004.
