Playing just his second European Senior Tour event since earning a
card at the 2014 Q-School Glenn Joyner will look to pick up where he

card at the 2014 Q-School Glenn Joyner will look to pick up where he
left off at last week’s Russian Senior Open.
The South Australian rookie stumbled to a first round 80 in Moscow
but improved each day with a second round 74 and a sizzling 68 on Sunday
to pick up 12 places on the leader board.
Joyner will look to keep that run going when he joins Peter Fowler and Mike Harwood at the Portugese Senior Open this week.
The tournament makes a return to the schedule after a three year absence but at a course not previously used.
It is the fifth event in a run of six consecutive which forms the bulk of the Senior Tour schedule.
After next week’s Winstongolf Senior Open in Germany the Tour takes a
two week break before playing back to back weeks then a long break till
the TOUR Championship in December.
