""Burdett posted a round of 4-under-par 68 on Saturday to follow up a 67 on Friday.

The talented youngster is chasing his second win of the 2017 Ladbrokes PGA Pro-Am Series and is in good shape heading into next week’s TX Civil & Logistics WA PGA Championship.

After completing his traineeship in 2016, Burdett has established himself as one of the rising stars in Australian golf following a third place finish in the Coca-Cola Queensland PGA championship in March this year.

“I am playing well and it’s just a matter of avoiding the big mistakes which I have still done from time to time when I get a good round going,” said Burdett who will play with big hitting Queenslander Tim Hart and South Australia’s Max McCardle in the final round.

The 36 hole cut was made at 4-over-par with notables including Jarrod Lyle, Matt Millar and Terry Pilkidaris all moving on to the final round.

The leaders will tee off 9:00am local time from the first tee with final presentations expected to take place at 3:00pm local time.
